Staff motivation includes a set of incentives that determine the behavior of a particular individual. These are ecologically healthy and morally justified needs, motives, and behavioral habits; observance of a healthy lifestyle. An important factor in understanding family socialization is the phenomenon of family self-consciousness, fixed in the family cultural concept and the developing psychological space of the family (Vongmany, 2018).

The concept of a family psychological developing space seems to be extremely important for modern pedagogical psychology of the family. The family is called upon to select and adapt cultural values, interaction styles, forms, and types of relationships significant for its members. It is a kind of projection of the external human experience, rolled up in a culture. The primary socialization of the child takes place in the family; the most important conditions for the development of the child’s personality are created in it, attitudes are formed that he will subsequently be guided by in organizing, understanding, and evaluating his life path.
