From watching the interview video, the most interesting thing that was noticed is that Dr. Joran Peterson is a cultural warrior. He is seen to be quite informed on the matter of how individuals are by making use of their personalities. People do have different personalities, which are greatly influenced by the surrounding environment where they are. This is quite memorable as it becomes easy to remember the doctor as he continues fighting for various freedoms in cultural matters. It has made it possible that he can use this to explain how people behave. The behaviors result from having visions, which individuals strive to achieve. For instance, using the case of the footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, who is successful, has envisioned himself in a certain way, which plays an important part in his success (Sky News Australia). Therefore, people should be able to handle life in a manner that brings them satisfaction and joy, not forgetting the various challenges along the way.
From the interview, many things can be learned and valuable in an individual’s future career, ideas, process, and writing. This comes from understanding one’s behaviors and personality, which is how one can establish relationships with those surrounding them. It is because one can effectively represent muscularity, or femineity, as they interact with others. At the same time, it brings about transformation as people try to figure out who they are and who others are. Hence, respecting others regardless of their personalities and behaviors is right. A writer should be able to incorporate all societal components into their work effectively. With this, diversity will be adhered to and acknowledged, as nowadays, things are not black and white.
