Currently, CCHFH is located at PO Box 189, Vineland, NJ 08362, USA; its executive director is William Gonzalez (Cumberland County habitat for humanity, n.d.). Moreover, it is known that the company was founded in 1987 as an ecumenical Christian housing ministry (Cumberland County habitat for humanity, n.d.). CCHFH cooperates and interacts with a completely different category of people, regardless of religion, social class, race, nationality, age, and a number of other characteristics. For several years, Habitat has been actively and continuously building and improving residences for individuals and families, working to achieve a world in which there is a decent place to live for everyone (Cumberland County HFH, n.d.). Therefore, since 1987, the organization has helped many people become proud homeowners, finding happiness, harmony, and peace.

Current Theories

In order to determine the best approaches and strategies for CCHFH, it is essential to refer to the following vital theories. Firstly, one should pay attention to the developmental theory, which is based on the collective process of creating and developing something new and unique for the community. In this case, the desire for creativity is a natural phenomenon reflecting the human experience of building a new reality. Secondly, the psychometric approaches that accurately and objectively evaluate the creative process with the help of cognitive, volitional, and emotional factors should not be forgotten and neglected (Kanlı, 2020). Thirdly, in determining the great tactics of CCHFH’s work, the economic concept based on new qualities of imagination can additionally help. In particular, in modern realities, any creative activity, as a rule, is part of economic systems, giving institutions support in uncertain financial situations. Fourthly, it is not recommended to forget about the cognitive theory, which combines creative thinking with psychological, thought processes. According to Khalil et al. (2019), inventiveness is a multifaceted field exemplified in art, science, or business. Therefore, neural mechanisms underlie all imaginative cognition, and motivation or mood can shape the creative mind of people.

Fifthly, the stage and component theories are complex models that define essential steps and elements for implementing creative work and subsequent results of human labor. Sixthly, using the problem-solving and expertise strategies makes it easier for CCHFH to understand a particular picture of the situation, correcting specific points and directing available resources in the “right” direction (Haavold & Sriraman, 2022). Seventhly, the problem-finding theory provides a unique chance to identify and eliminate an issue in time in the process of inventive activity. Eighthly, the evolutionary theory helps to understand the essence and features of creativity through the prism of evolutionary phenomena. Ninthly, the typological concept is designed to classify creators by key individual aspects at the macro, meso, and micro levels. Tenthly, the systems theory explains creativity in terms of a combination of various factors and characteristics.

Creativity and Innovation Efforts

Creativity and innovation in the organization of activities are the keys to success and prosperity for CCHFH; each of the theories, as mentioned earlier and research, allows the organization to achieve the best and highest results. Hence, revolutionary solutions and innovative decisions in the construction and improvement of housing conditions for citizens are the way to realize the mission and dream of CCHFH, aimed at creating a better future for adults, children, and their parents in the U.S. and the State of New Jersey. Consequently, based on the concrete theories, CCHFH can work for the benefit of society, taking into account human, individual, or state needs within the framework of economic, social, political, and spiritual elements.

Moreover, these strategies support uniting people of different groups, nationalities, races, ages, and faiths on the way to the realization of common creative ideas based on global and regional moments. By paying attention to advanced technologies and the creative abilities and talents of all concerned people, the organization significantly accelerates the procedure for adopting and adapting promising housing innovations (Building a better world through housing innovation, n.d.). Consequently, due to joint and consistent efforts, people achieve the best outcomes by noticing and eliminating specific problems and determining the great results with a perspective for the future.

Conclusion

Summarizing the above information, it is necessary to state that CCHFH is an organization that provides citizens with housing through innovative and creative elements. In particular, it should be emphasized that the combination of developmental, psychometric, economic, cognitive, and many other theories supplies a fundamental basis for the competent and correct work of the organization based on innovative, revolutionary, and non-standard solutions. Following these approaches for CCHFH means clearly, systematically, and consistently following the company’s dream, bringing together people from different parts of the country and the world, and helping those in need.
