Discipleship and leadership are usually developed by following each other. Leadership cannot appear by itself, and people should understand basic rules of communication and self-control to become leaders in their social groups. These two aspects may be related to any sphere of life, and religion is not an exception. Religious people always need a leader who will help them find the right ways. Jesus is one of the most common examples of a leader who guides individuals through their lives. However, this figure would not be influential without the basic discipline. Jesus Christ has always expressed love to surrounding people, and his motives did not carry any negativity. This aspect of his personality stayed with him till the end, and such a strong self-confidence allowed him to move from the stage of discipleship to leadership.

Leadership is crucial in the church community because role models unite people and guide them towards the main mission. Christianity is a strong religion that can exist with the leader. However, sometimes it is important for churches to make sure that people of the same faith have a chance to communicate and get together during holidays and religious celebrations. Consequently, leadership training is important, and the discipline stage in the educational process stays crucial.

Great Commission is one of the most common terms in Christianity. However, not all people who adhere to this religion are aware of the meaning, and some have never heard of this concept in their lives. The Greatest Commission is a part of the Gospel of Matthew, where Jesus specifies that all nations should have a specific discipline. The main mission of the concept is to help Christians to spread their religion and attract new people interested in Christianity. The phrase “Great Commission” was not invented with the formation of the religion, and it is a relatively new term that stays unexplored. Consequently, some schools argue that the idea’s definition may be different, and the general understanding can be contradictory.

The creation of stable disciplines follows the development of the leadership in my church. Highly respected leaders create several disciplines that should be followed by those who want to improve knowledge and become influential in society. For instance, it is crucial to avoid poor planning, and every speech or action should be structured and organized. Moreover, it is important in my church to support a high level of communication and be ready for diverse feedback from others. These aspects create the emotional stability of the future leader and develop a positive reputation prioritized in any religion.

In the work of Dempsey & Earley and Putman & Harrington, leadership is presented as one of the most important aspects of religion. Nevertheless, they present it from a different perspective, and the general attitude of Christians to the leadership may not be the same. For instance, Putman & Harrington state that people who want to become leaders and role models should undergo diverse life obstacles and receive enough experience in different spheres of life. When individuals meet these requirements, it becomes easier to find harmony with the inner and outer world.

Dempsey & Earley propose approximately the same idea but interpreted using different words and showed the leadership from a different perspective. The writers believe that “influence” is closely related to any leader and the main goal of role models is to be able to get people together and increase the spirit of the social group. Both ideas presented by those authors state that leadership cannot be developed without any effort or background experience. Leaders are those people who can trust themselves and impact others in their beginnings. In each example, the role of Jesus is clearly defined. This figure is one of the common examples of leaders who could set harmony in their thoughts and greatly influence Christians.

The united church community makes any religion healthy. The formation of the relationship between leaders and Christians is one of the main aspects set during the existence of Jesus. Discipleship plays a significant role outside religious organizations as Christians, who build strong connections between their inner world and the church, may influence non-believers in everyday life. People trying to become leaders in their societies study principles of discipline, which state that the maintenance of health in the church is a basic rule that helps achieve the desired goal. When a strong spirit is formed, the health of the church can be easily supported.

As the connection between people and religion is strong, human actions strongly affect the general condition of the church. If leaders stay healthy and support their mentality, the church’s influence on other Christians becomes more positive. Discipline forms respect for other people and the ability to control emotions. Consequently, a healthy attitude to the church and adequate actions of leaders help to build strong religion.

Every Christian is trying to develop better qualities of their personalities, and there are some written rules that may help them achieve this goal. Kingdom Leadership states those rules, and every individual might find the most common way which they will stick to till the end. The concept of Kingdom Leadership proposes reliable biblical principles that can make any person a good leader. There are ten main ideas of the Kingdom Leadership, which state that leadership is developed by following Jesus’s directions.

The first idea is about the uniqueness of the King, and there is nothing more powerful than may exist in the world. The second proposal is that no one can be the leader as long as they are following another leader. People can influence others to follow the single leader using praying and enthusiasm. Leadership qualities can exist, and it is important to develop them to stay influential and be able to introduce changes to the modern world. The third principle of Kingdom Leadership suggests that people do not own anything. For instance, buildings and churches are under people’s managerial control and are not someone’s possession. The next aspect of the concept states that Christians should spend time with Jesus to understand their life mission and purpose of living. Individuals have a chance to get alone with Jesus by praying or reading the Bible. The fifth idea ensures that the church is the body of Christ. The church gives Christians an opportunity to become close to their unique leader and become more connected to the religion.

The next concept explains that God’s word is the textbook that states only correct information. The seventh point from the Kingdom Leadership expects religious people to express more love and stay wise in any conflict situations. This aspect increases the chances of individuals to develop their leadership at a high rate. The following idea proposes that many parents connect their children to Jesus from their childhood to stay sure that religion will follow them throughout life. In proposal number nine, people should get together in groups and support their closes people. Families are the most common examples of these social groups, which usually come together during holidays or weekends. The last idea shows that people should be connected to the main life mission. Physical and mental conditions should be prioritized so people can serve and their lives and influence the surrounding world.

I believe that all concepts of Kingdom Leadership are equally important, and every person can pay more attention to several ideas which are closer to their lives. Nevertheless, I think that some of the proposals should be evaluated by all Christian, and they should not be excluded from the list of the most important life influencers. For example, individuals who are developing leadership and want to become role models for others should understand that they stay the followers of the unique leader. Moreover, parents who are close to the religion should pay attention to the spiritual education of their children to continue the existence of the church in the future. Lastly, extra attention should be paid to love and humanity as these factors help people develop leadership qualities and make them happier. The church highly evaluates a positive relationship with others, and this aspect may ensure a healthier moral condition which can help to build a stronger connection to the religion.
